X-Com Sports is a Chinese disc manufacturer that specializes in manufacturing flying discs and promoting disc sports. They have a strong understanding of frisbee culture and are particularly influential in promoting Ultimate in Asia. XCom is not simply a company looking to make products at a lower price. I became interested in XCom discs after watching a Brodie Smith trick shot video he did in partnership with XCom in 2013.
Currently, XCom discs in the US only come in a base plastic, which has a good grip and feels solid. This plastic is better than Innova DX plastic and comparable to Yikun Discs Tiger Line plastic. The Discmania ActiveLine base plastic is also popular. However, like all base plastics, XCom plastic will experience wear and tear. Despite this, after five rounds on difficult courses, the discs remain usable and the flight path hasn’t changed.
Includes: Zion (Distance Driver), Helios (Fairway Driver), Griffon (Mid-range), Bennu (Putter) + a fanny pack carry bag to hold the discs!
